James Rickman

James Rickman has been in the New York literary world for eight years, first in the publicity department at Warner Books, and then as a freelance literary assistant to novelists, agents, journalists, and bloggers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in twentieth-century literature from the University of California at Berkeley and an MFA in creative writing from The New School in New York. Currently, he is the editor of BeaconPass, an online culture guide; he spends most of his nights playing in various rock bands. His fiction debuted in the H.O.W. Journal, and his music writing appears in print and online.
