Erin Harte
Junior Consultant
Erin Harte, a native of the Appalachian mountains of southwestern Virginia, graduated summa cum laude from Emory University, where she worked as a tutor at the Writing Center. Harte began her publishing career in the school book clubs division of Scholastic, where she acquired and developed nonfiction for young readers. In addition to her work at Greenline, she is managing editor of The Brooklyn Review and is currently completing an MFA in fiction at Brooklyn College. A dedicated writer and publishing professional with diverse creative and business skills, Harte is a recent recipient of the Himan Brown Award and the Ross Feld Prize for her stories, and has been published in Her Circle Ezine. Her interests include women's issues, politics, sustainable living, food, contemporary fiction, memoir, all things Italian, and the Brooklyn literary scene.
